Ten Pin Bowling With Amelie< Karen Zoid Gig At The Union Chapel In London | Blog | The Return To The MOS As VIPs > Last night I took my new pretty French friend Amelie ten pin bowling at the Big Apple sports centre in Woking. Amelie had never been bowling before, so it was a new experience for her. Some friends were coming along to the bowling as well, which was Ian and his friend Danniyal, plus Bianca and her friend Senem. I drove to Guildford and parked by the flat Amelie was renting there, and met her outside on the street. Danniyal came along in his big black BWM with Ian, so me and Amelie got in his car to drive to Woking. We met Bianca and Senem in the café inside the sports centre, near the ten pin bowling area. Bianca introduced me to Senem, who I had not met before. Senem was a young woman in her early twenties, who came from Istanbul. Her name sounded like ‘semen’, which caused a few amusing jokes from the other guys. It was interesting that we all came from different countries. Amelie from France, Ian from the US, Danniyal from Pakistan, Bianca from South Africa, Senem from Istanbul in Turkey, and myself from England. We took some group pictures of each other.
Then we paired up into teams of two. Amelie was on my team, Ian was with Bianca, and Danniyal was with Senem. Amelie had a bit of trouble with the bowling at first, but she soon picked it up, and started playing really well.
I didn’t do too bad.
Ian and Danniyal both played really well getting lots of strikes and spares.
Bianca did ok too.
Senem struggled a bit. Ian’s team won, and Danniyal’s team came second, so Amelie and I came last. We did another game after that, and then left there. It was fun to go bowling again, as the last time I did it was at the Spectrum sports centre in Guildford, which was with an American lady. After we finished bowling we went for some drinks in Woking, then Danniyal gave us a lift back to Guildford in his big BMW. Amelie is good company, as she is very bubbly, very pretty, and always happy. Its a shame she is only here for a few months! I look forward to do some more bowling again in the future.
